Who may use it

• You must be 16 or older.
• This is a private pilot: you join an artist's space by their invitation.

What you make

• Every piece is AI-generated by a model the artist trained, with their consent, on their own catalogue.
• What you may do with a piece is set by that artist and shown on their model card under "What you may do".
• Every piece carries an inaudible watermark and a signed record saying it is AI-generated. Do not remove or change them, and do not present a piece as made by a person.

What you may not ask for

• Another artist's or singer's voice or style: a prompt that names someone to imitate is refused.
• Anything that imitates a real person, or that is illegal, hateful or harassing.

Passes

• A pass lets you make pieces in one artist's space for 30 days. It does not renew.
• The price on the pass page includes VAT, and goes to the artist less the fee the receipt shows.
• You may cancel a pass within 14 days of buying it, from your account page, and get the price back less the days already begun.
• What you have made stays yours to listen to and download after a pass ends.

Reports and decisions

• Anyone can report a piece or a model. The operator decides, and records the reasons.
• If a piece of yours is removed you are told why, and you can reply to contest it.

Your account

• You can delete your account from your account page. The privacy notice says what is kept and why.
• If these terms change, you are told by email before the change applies.
